This is an original mixed media painting created by combining acrylic ink, charcoal, and paper.
The words in this piece are cut out from a book. I chose a random page, and then challenged myself to create a poem by rearranging any of the words on that page. The result inspired some of the imagery in the painting!
The original has sold, but there are art print options available!
Poster Prints have a soft satin finish and boast deeply vivid colours printed on photo paper.
Fine Art Prints have a matte finish and are printed on heavyweight cold-pressed fine art paper. These come hand-embellished, meaning select colours are painted on top of each print to create depth and make it appear closer to the original piece.
Both options come signed and will look great framed, either with or without matting.
