If you are unhappy with your print or original painting, I will offer a full refund minus shipping costs. Due to the nature of my collaborative creation process for custom paintings, you will get the final approval of the finished custom piece via email, and once you are happy with your order it will be shipped. For this reason, I do not offer refunds on custom paintings.
(Note: I take great care in packaging all orders, however if artwork is damaged in shipping will be refunded or replaced with photo proof of damage!)
